The price hasn't made HH's in the Range that it normally trades in, I expect a rise to the previous resistance points, sort of falling wedge pattern is forming which also gives me a long bias.

This idea is invalidated, please do not go through with it, as this is mainly TA based besides from fundamentally standpoints which I know is crucial for this index.
