Since the pegging of the CHF to EUR was let go in January 2015, The USD has been gaining up on the CHF. The CHF will become weaker as recession is starting to hit Switzerland. CH unemployment is increasing, Tourism is at a all time low especially with no snow in 95% of the ski stations. The outside demand for CHF is decreasing too due to less tourism. The economical situation of the EU, Switzerland number one export partner is not picking up, and Swiss firms are at their last hand of cards after having decreased cost and optimised production to stay competitive with a strong CHF. The swiss economy is tired and holding by a thread.
On the other hand the USD is stronger than ever, New anticipations of the next Fed Hike will push the USD up, Awaiting for inflationary data to be revealed beginning of 2016 will most certainly confirm all of the Fed decision and market long term strong growth (increase in price). Unemployment is low and constantly decreasing.
