USDJPY in the previous week reached to resistance zone wide for almost 100 pips, but in friday session (27 october) price has bounced back from bottom edge of zone and dropped lower. Now it reached level where is local support, which was a strong resistance level at the begining of october. We can observe, that price has stopped near 113.00-113.20 and we are expecting in our forex trading idea that price will back to resistance zone at 114.30-114.40. We set pending buy order near the top of last bearish candle with target near the last top at 114.27 and risk reward ratio 2.0.
