78.6% Retracement at 10.870 Level I think is a KEY LEVEL to watch for a reversal in USDOLLARIndex at least to 10687 which is the top of the KUMO cloud.If the price gets to that LEVEl ( 10870 ) I will consider to go SHORT on USDJPY .
