USDOLLAR exchange rate reached the end of its correction level. I wait for 12039 level. I look forward to a 37-point false outbreak, which can cause spike. Then I expect a definite second wave rise in the exchange rate. The second ATR axis (purple line) is sufficiently steep. For the second raise 12340 may be the neighborhood.
