Too much noise in a neutral zone

FX:USOIL   原油差价合约(WTI)
1
- Crude still trades in a wide range of 43,70 - 47,70, after front contract change from October to November
- Ichimoku setup is neutral as Price enters a thick Kumo cloud. Future Kumo 26 days ahead is a lot thinner and literally all average lines (Tenkan, Kijun and both Senkou lines) are flat -> no momentum, no trend.
- Lower supp/res is at Kijun Sen (appr. 43,50) upper supp/res ard 100 WMA and major downtrend line (appr 48+)
- We use Heikin Ashi candle to filter as much noise as possible. What can you do when Heikin Ashi itself is making so much noise? Stay away, then you don't get frustrated! (Or if you like, you can trade lower time frames... but I don't like it. I hate gazing something all day long)
- please note how smoothed haDelta is stuck in a triangle, as it can't find direction around zero line!

Anything is possible from here, even false breaks, which may look like valid trend signals at first.

p.s.: I still hld really tiny long, but I already scaled back most of my CAD longs (USDCAD short and EURCAD short) which was pretty much a bullish Oil proxy trade too.
