VOLTAS a Flag under formation will it breakout ?

VOLTAS Ltd. is an interesting chart to keep on radar with following

1. RSI on all time frames above or almost at 60
2. Flag Pattern under formation at weekly chart
3. Price earlier was forming lower highs and lower lows; However after 16th December it started forming higher high and higher lows

4. ABCD pattern under formation on weekly chart
5. Weekly green candle on close of week with higher volume
6. Consumer Durable index is also forming similar bullish structure on charts

Will it breakout or continue its consolidation ?
