Its a realty investment fund, they own a bunch of retail land in the southern states and some east coast properties. 2015 was bad to them and they lost money every Q, but starting in 2016 they must have trimmed the fat and began making money, EPS of .02, .03, .03, .04, .04. They're earnings are trending upward, have a pretty decent dividend and if Trump does make the south rise again, it'll be good for them based on their locations

I don't think interest rates rising would be negative for them, if anything it'll help if it causes bank to lend more money out for business to open in their developments.


This is really the most I've looked in it - I should look into why they were losing money and why they aren't now but whatever.
