Western magnesium was in the R&D stage for a long time. Over the last year the fundamentals have changed significantly. They aim to bring back the production of magnesium to the USA. With their new, clean technology and stellar management, they are well on their way. Aside from strong fundamentals, the chart looks great. Mid 2019 a double top formed. A downtrend occurred that has just been completed with the formation of a double bottom. The double bottom happened to form almost perfectly on the .786 fib retracement. This was closely followed by a weekly close above the .618, all on the heels of fantastic fundamental news. We also have a clear upward trend line.
