Gold is in a very crucial point now, it could drop from here or breakthrough and start a bullish run. Personally i see gold drop to 1775/1780 from here but the possibility is there we could go higher. If we break 1835 i would close all shorts or if you have the free margin to hold then hold and hedge to 1850/1860 and see how it reacts there. Tomorrow we have news and that seems to be the indicator to show us the direction we will be going towards. It is very crucial to have good risk management in general but especially right now.
