Small - Inverse Head and Shoulder - Could this be LONG

So for the last 24h, it seem that we have strong support at 3550ish. Touching the 200EMA line and stay above it, seem to not break. Forming an Inverse Head & Shoulder. I believe if BTC break below the 200EMA then we will see a bear market again.
