XBT 1h - Glaring divergences + Key resistance = Pullback inc

After bulling out as expected, BTC looks a bit out of gas for now. The divergences on most every time frame are serious and undeniable, and we have stopped at a key level. After a few bear trappy looks and shakeouts, we have played in a sort of rectangle up top here that is beginning a lot to look like a little distribution phase. The big dogs have made this area difficult to short unless you are taking a wide, low leverage swing, which is a major instinctual trigger for me to believe we are headed that way. Buy volume has faded considerably and sell volume has been forceful and consistent. We are breaking a short term diagonal support as I write this, and I suspect we will break down from the rectangle in short order. I will be looking to take most of the profit from this short in the green box, right around 3600. From there, we will let the volume and patterns suggest to us what is to come.
