Since the negative news of Coincheck XEM wallet hack at January 26, XEMBTC is still downtrend during the investigation phase. Bittrex is still closing their withdrawal/deposit on XEM wallet so arbitage there still not possible until today
The +- 0.00005000 BTC seems to be strong support line multiple times before
