VIX breaks below 30 for the first time since Covid19 outbreak.
Tech sector and Healthcare sector remain strongest.
Should be a good week for stock market. (Bull might pause when VIX hit 24)

VIX bounce back up above 30. Be careful.
All US sectors XLK, XLC, XLE, XLRE,XLF,XLP,XLV,XLI, XLB fall into -ve FiFT and Fast Turtle Sell.
Technology sectors (XLK) still uptrend and still above EMA50. Reversal may ignite bull run on local technology counter after long pause.
Healthcare (XLV) stil uptrend. The index is stay doji on EMA50.
