Stark decrease in volatility

The Bollinger Bands are contracting quite a bit. With XRP trading at 2.4, so close to the upper trendline resistance, one can definitely envision that a breakout of this pattern will take the price action to 2.7 and beyond, testing the last ATH and creating a new one. On the downside, I do not think that we will see a sub 2 dollar XRP anymore like others have mentioned.
