I cant see this as a bullish action yet failing to break previous highs. My earlier count was the same I had just expected the drop much earlier. Now it still seems to me that we will touch to the 0.3x area for a C wave completion, and the current drop was a 1/2 wave. Still expecting this B wave trend line to break down and correct lower before it starts to pump. It can all be done in a matter of days/weeks before we can see XRP above $1. Will be buying a bag at the main lower trend line touch.
