XTZBTC Time to offload Tezos?

XTZBTC is printing the same top formation almost that it did in July 16/17. That was after a Golden Cross on the 4H chart. See how the current MACD and RSI patterns are identical and are on their top formations.

Time to offload XTZ and buy much lower? What do you think?
