Discipline Sleeping Time

The Sleeping Time indicator highlights a predefined time window on the chart that represents your sleeping hours. This will help doing backtest easily by filtering out unrealistic result of trades while we are still sleeping.

During the selected period:
- The chart background is softly shaded to visually mark your sleep window
- The first candle of the range is labeled “Sleep”
- The last candle of the range is labeled “Wake Up”

You can also use it for other purpose.

This makes it easy to:
- Visually avoid trading during sleep hours
- Identify when a trading session should be inactive
- Maintain discipline and consistency across different markets and timezones
