NF-ARB

The NF-ARB stands for Near/Far Ratio of Annualized Rolling Basis. It takes premium or discount of the 3 month and 6 month futures against spot price and calculates the annualized value for the same. Then the ratio between the near and far ARB is obtained. This ratio is helpful in finding swing tops and bottoms.
