Plots diag breakouts and breakdowns of on balance volume. Toggle allows you to turn diags on and off. Default leaves them off since it's easier to view obv this way.
green = breakout
lime = parabolic breakout
red = breakdown
fuchsia = sell-off
all other colors are indicative of chop
