LWMA w/ Color Change
Linear Weighted MA that changes colors based on slope.
Green = slope up from last bar
Yellow = slope is 0 from last bar
Red = slope down from last bar
Green = slope up from last bar
Yellow = slope is 0 from last bar
Red = slope down from last bar
