GMS: Keltner Channels

Basically I wanted to make this into one indicator instead of three while adding in some extra options as well... So this is just a Keltner Channel with three channels, all of which have the same length. I have also added in an option to select the moving average for the channel, the original is based on the EMA.

The source code should be open so take a look around and enjoy!

Woot! New Update!

- I added in the Hull Moving Average.
- The multipliers are a float instead of integer now so you can use decimals for the bands i.e 2.5 instead of 2
- You can also now select the length of the average true range used. I personally like using an ATR of 100 on time based charts, it makes the channel much smoother!
