RSI Divergence for Binary Option
Indicator Setup: Establishes a custom TradingView indicator for spotting RSI divergences, not overlaid on the main price chart.
User Inputs: Allows users to set parameters like RSI period, price source, overbought/oversold levels, and a unique signal key for alerts.
RSI Calculation & Plot: Computes the RSI based on the closing prices and period specified, and plots it on the chart.
Pivot Detection: Defines functions to identify high and low pivot points on the RSI line, which are crucial for detecting divergences.
Divergence Logic: Detects bullish and bearish divergences by comparing pivot points on the price chart with corresponding points on the RSI.
Alerts & Visualization: Sets up visual cues for divergences and creates alert conditions that can notify the user when divergences are detected.
Automated Trading Alert Messages: The script sends out JSON-formatted alert messages tailored for integration with automated trading bots, specifically for binary options trading. Users must input their custom Signal_Key to match their auto-trading software's expected key, ensuring seamless operation and proper execution of trade signals. When bullish or bearish RSI divergences are identified, these messages prompt the auto-trading software to execute "call" or "put" options, respectively, in accordance with the detected market conditions.
