"The code combines a 100-period HMA as the first condition, and an RSI smoothed by a Bollinger Band set to default parameters of 24 and 1 standard deviation. The first condition is that the price is above or below the HMA. The second condition is that the RSI moves above or below the Bollinger Bands. Depending on how the conditions align, the system takes either a short or a long position."
