Responsive Magnetic Moving Average - BreatEasy

Traders,

It's pretty difficult to judge which moving average is holding the price at present (Holding = Prices Respecting the moving average). some times prices respects 20 MA, 50MA or some other MA or EMA or HMA. Its dynamic in nature and changes based on the script we apply and the timeframe we use.

Having all these different types of moving averages added on to chart may sometime create a clutter. Hence I came up with an idea to summarize into one value which price is respecting.

Important options provided to help adjusting the strength value.
1. No Of Candles = set the number of candles to analyze for the strength. Note: setting the value too less will improve the performance but accuracy is depleted. setting the value to too high may improve accuracy but performance may be depleted.

Performance = calculation time.

2. Close By% = in order to check whether price is respecting the trendline set the % of ATR. This means that when prices are close to any of the moving averages then it checks for the strength of the moving average.

Couple of updates made in the script.

For Dhan HQ modes
1. Added SL range for inter- bar exit ( if prices moves opposite direction very large, during the running candle SL will be activated based on the ATR) you will be exited from the trade even before candle is closed.
2. Entries will be made closer to the MA line.
3. Now you will get Trade log alerts at your desired intervals (Last 5 Entries)
4. Table is displayed for your current running transaction.

Majorly algo improved to speed up bit of the performance. kindly share your feedback to improve better.

Indicator has undergone Major changes with respect to below things
1. Algorithm for calculating MA strength have been improved.
2. Now smoothing of the line is customizable.
3. Strength of the line can now consider 2nd respected line. for an instance, If the price is respecting both 50 MA and 150 MA and based on the price movement if 50 MA suddenly looses its strength, line will automatically switch /consider 2nd respecting line index (150 MA). in such cases you may see UP sloping green lines suddenly tends to slope down and similarly down sloping red lines suddenly rises up.

Added Trade Management to the indicator.
1. world of Repaint : I do not call this as a repaint. However for layman's understanding I call them as a REAL TIME information.

A. Realtime Entry & Exit
There is 2 ways you can enter the trade and one such way is entering the trade during the running candle (bar is not closed yet). All the exits will be real-time based on the SL.
B. Realtime Trades.
If you happen to refresh the chart at any point of time. it just means you are starting the trades from the scratch. This leaves traders a generic question of "How do I back test the trades suggested by this indicator?". To answer this, Trade log option has been provided so that you can get the Trade Log alerts to help you back test the trades suggested.

1. Observed that Entry Range was quite too wide enough. now that its dynamic that script continuously look for better prices which is close to the MA strength Line.

With this update now you can setup Dhan Algo Alerts in 5 different types:

1. Algo Alert to Trade on the Primary Chart Source. for example (Index)
2. Algo Alert to Trade on the Alternative Chart Source. for example (Trade on Futures based on Index Signals)
3. Dual Basket Type. One for Buy and One for Sell - for example ( Based on BNF Index signal, Trade its components of EQ)
4. Dual Basket Separate. If you have a separate Baskets for Entry and Exits and also for long and short. you may set the same too here.

Major Updates made to the script:
1. Now you can play hedging with the script. for Example if you took a Long Trade and prices started moving down below the specified Loss level hedge position will get activated.
2. Since Moving Average is by default lagging in order to compensate it, I believe considering volume for trade confirmation is good so, provided an optional settings to enable or disable volume confirmation for trade.
