Parabolic SAR [Jwammo12]

This is a different (dare I say, corrected?) version of the Parabolic SAR that doesn't use the current active close in its calculation. This changes the current SAR to only change when the extrema (high or low) changes.

the chart shows the difference between the built in SAR and the one I have modified.
