该专门用于分析场内BTC市场USDT溢价率情况。

当 BTCUSD>BTCUSDT 则 USDT场内正溢价
当 BTCUSD<BTCUSDT 则 USDT场内负溢价

BTCUSD交易所的价格高于USDT交易所的价格，如果BTCUSD>BTCUSDT,因为BTC是自由流通的，所以意味着USDT>USD 正溢价（摘自赵老板）

因此得出以下结论
USD交易所大量买入BTC会导致USDT场内正溢价
USD交易所大量卖出BTC会导致USDT场内负溢价
USDT交易所大量买入BTC会导致USDT场内负溢价
USDT交易所大量卖出BTC会导致USDT场内正溢价

该指标需结合RTA课程使用。

USDT Premium Rate published by RTA , public indicators.

When BTCUSD>BTCUSDT, the USDT premium rate is positive in exchange.
When BTCUSD<BTCUSDT, the USDT premium rate is negative in exchange.

A large purchase of BTC on the BTCUSD exchange will result in a positive USDT premium rate
A large number of BTC sold on the BTCUSD exchange will lead to a negative USDT premium rate
A large purchase of BTC on the BTCUSDT exchange will result in a negative USDT premium rate
A large number of BTC sold on the BTCUSDT exchange will lead to a positive USDT premium rate

This indicator needs to be used in conjunction with the RTA courses.
