Another MacD indicator with Bollinger Bands, this version includes the histogram, and you can enable/disable the breach, and I advise unchecking the upper/lower boxes for the Bollinger Bands, as this creates a crush effect on the bands of the MacD and the signal

Code has been added for a 2 color histogram, and some minor tweaks! And you can apply the same colors for the histogram if you wish!

I added the breaches "down", for when the EMA of the macd comes out of the Bollinger Bands. And you can always adjusted the color pallet to your taste! Unchecked some option if you want

PS, I do not trade XVG, it was to have a clean chart ! :)
