One Minute Algo Run (OMAR)

OMAR marks the High and Low range of the opening candle (1min is recommended default for trading this) based on the current time frame in current session.
Additionally it marks recommended 1x and 2x extensions of the ranges for taking profit that may also be adjusted as needed.

Updated the script to work with futures session correctly since the initial version had offset times.
Fixed some minor cosmetics with the labeling of long/short extensions.

Added an additional option to plot OMAR ranges based on 1 minute candles regardless of the chart timeframe (Now on by default).
