Value of Price's Power define the current price is equal to how many times the standard deviation of the Exponential Moving Average
CyclePeriod is the time period to be used in calculating the Exponential Moving Average.
Price's Power cross over zero line: bull power begin stronger.
Price's Power cross under zero line: bear power begin stronger.
Price's Power = 0: market is choppy.
