OBV Daily Reset

Just a quick OBV indicator for intraday trading that resets to 0 at the start of each new session (based on dayofmonth changes). I saw someone looking for this in chat and jotted it down for him.

Added option to include price, and input which source to use of all possible sources. Also made daily reset to 0 optional, and changed so that the first bar after reset includes that bar's change. Changed style to histogram and added basic color scheme.
