What is it: This indicator provides fast and slow trading signals. Fast signals are indicated by the fill color and triangles. Slow signals are denoted by SB, WB, SS, WS (which stand for Strong Buy, Weak Buy, Strong Sell, Weak Sell respectively).

How it's different: Since it's a combination of ideas and distinguishes between strong and weak signals, it is unique.

How to use: Your usage will depend on your own strategy and trading speed. I personally like to buy when the background color changes from either red/fuchsia to green/lime (or a strong buy signal), and then sell when the fill color goes from green to red.
