The Percent Rank is naturally quite choppy. I therefor placed an EMA(3) over it and make the origin Percent Rank only slightly visible. I also add some boundaries.
Note that the EMA of the Percent Rank looks quite similiar to the Connors RSI.
Use it as the RSI.
