Swing Trade Pros - Oversold/Overbought Candles
The STP Oversold/Overbought Candles is a momentum indicator that measures the magnitude of recent price changes to evaluate overbought or oversold conditions in the price of a stock or other asset. The indicator will turn the candles White on extreme downside or upside volume . When this occurs it’s best to trade in the same direction as momentum. Once the next candle is no longer white a big move in the other direction usually follows.
