Relative Volume at Time
It tells you whether current trading activity is unusually high or low compared to typical levels at that same time in past sessions.
For example:
A reading of 2.0 means volume is twice the usual amount for this moment in the trading day.
A reading below 1.0 means volume is quieter than normal.
For example:
A reading of 2.0 means volume is twice the usual amount for this moment in the trading day.
