Color bars based on price and volume.
Volume can be set dollar denominated.
Change can be set close to close.
Volume can meet a threshold.
Color is bullish if the change is positive & bar's volume is greater than previous bar's volume.
Color is bearish if the change is negative & bar's volume is greater than previous bar's volume.
