RSI Step Oscillator [racer8]
Purpose of RSO is to identify when RSI has reached key levels. These levels are 80, 70, 60, 40, 30, and 20.
When indicator displays a bar with color...
Purple : RSI > 80
Blue : RSI > 70
Green : RSI > 60
Gray : RSI is inbetween 40 and 60.
Yellow : RSI < 40
Orange : RSI < 30
Red : RSI < 20
