40 currencies now available and used by default. The previous version used only the top 10.
Now has two breadth scores, shorter term (20) and longer term (50). The previous version just had the 50 bar score.
Added the Declining line, despite it mirroring the Advancing line. It makes it easy to see the bullish/bearish dominance and it looks cool.
