Heavily compressed input mode while at same time adding another set off higher frequency divergences - offset of -1

To differentiate them in inputs- vanilla,no offset, and instant confirmation ones will be called "0", while more frequent and offset ridden ones will be called "-1"

New Divergences (-1) have option to chose between fixed or automatic period cycles:
"Auto cycle" type overwrites/disables input called "-1 Length")
"Fixed" Length uses mentioned inputs value

Div(0), two options left - For length and for optional adaptive filter
