"Price bottom" might be presumed when "volume per price change" increases at an exceptionally high rate.
This is because it can be suspected that somebody silently collects the target with an attempt NOT to change price. After the collection phase, they may be able to draw a broad attention by suddenly increasing its price (controlling). What comes next? It would be the "bandwagon effect."
With this indicator I attempt capturing the very first phase, i.e. collecting phase.
It shows a signal when the value of volume per price exceeds a threshold determined by its Bollinger band.
