For those who don't know:This indicator was originally developed by J. Welles Wilder and described in his book "New Concepts in Technical Trading Systems" (1978). It is used to measure the strength or weakness of an instrument over a certain period of time.
RSI is a momentum oscillator and can have values from 0 to 100. A value of 70 or higher indicates that an instrument is overbought or overvalued and may be preparing for a trend reversal or price correction. A value of 30 or lower indicates oversold or undervalued conditions.
Other important signals are divergence with price and moving average crossovers. RSI is one of the most used indicators in the world.
In addition, I add the wma45 slow moving average to determine whether the market trend is up or down. and the fast moving average ema9 determines the short term trend, if the ema9 line and the rsi line are above wma45, it confirms an uptrend and vice versa.
