Parameters:
Returns: float array.
fdht(samples) Fast Discrete Hartley Transform (DHT).
Parameters:
Returns: float array.
idht(samples, asymmetric_scaling) Inverse Discrete Hartley Transform (DHT).
Parameters:
Returns: float array.
