Customizable SMA Crossover Lines
SMA line and crossover are independent: you can show the SMA line without showing its crossovers.
You have individual toggles for each SMA line and its crossovers (enableSMAx and showCrossx).
Crossover colors are customizable per SMA.
Price labels are optional.
