Draws a red line at the high of the first 5 min candle, draws a green line at the bottom of the first 5 min candle, draws a grey line at midpoint. Lines extend until market close (4pm) or after-hours 98pm) or extend the next day pre-market (until 9:30am). Closing blue dotted line is drawn at closing price, and extends in after-hours and pre-market.
