A companion to the "No Surprise" indicator.
Shows how surprised we were in the past.

Under the line is now the log rate of surprise for a chosen level, averaged over a longer period.

Recalibrated the surprise rate to base 10 logarithm.

10^-2 = 1/100 so -2 means "surprised about once every 100 bars"
