It identifies three collinear pivot points on both the highs and the lows to confirm a valid channel, then monitors the channel in real time for a breakout. Beyond just drawing the channel, the script assigns probabilistic forecasts to each active pattern. It uses the historical distribution of past breakout durations and directions to estimate the likelihood of an imminent breakout, whether that breakout will be bullish or bearish, and adjusts those estimates using live volume data accumulated inside the pattern. A supplemental volume table and a net-volume gauge render alongside each detected pattern, giving traders a second lens into the supply-and-demand balance before a move resolves. 🟠 CONCEPTS Zigzag — A filtered sequence of alternating swing highs and swing lows. Trendline Breakout Indicator [Dots3Red]Trendline Breakout Indicator is an upgraded version of the existing "Trendline Breakout with Volume Confirmation ". What is this indicator for? The indicator is built to automatically detect and visualize trending price channels, both bullish and bearish . It draws channels (or polygons, optionally) across pivot-based trendlines, tracks them in real time, and signals when price breaks out of them with a certain N% (can be confirmed by volume activity too). How does it work? The indicator identifies pivot highs and lows of a configurable length. Consecutive pivots of the same type (lows for bullish, highs for bearish) form a trendline. Each trendline is then extended bar by bar until the price breaks it. Channel mode draws a parallel channel around the trendline, where the channel width is determined by the maximum price deviation from the trendline within the channel's range - not a fixed offset. This means every channel is fitted to actual price behavior. Polygon mode instead fills the area between the trendline and the extreme price reached within it, giving a triangular wedge shape that highlights price compression. Channels are color-coded: cyan/teal for bullish, red/pink for bearish . Breakout Detection A breakout is confirmed when: For bullish channels : price closes below the lower trendline by more than the configured Breakout % For bearish channels : price closes above the upper trendline by more than the configured Breakout % When a breakout occurs, the channel is frozen and drawn at its final shape. A BO▲ / BO▼ label marks the breakout bar. Only channels that have persisted for at least the configured minimum length (in bars) are drawn - this filters out insignificant short-lived moves Volume Confirmation Volume is measured relative to its 20-bar moving average. When volume at the breakout bar exceeds the Volume % Breakout threshold, a bar visualization is drawn at the breakout point. Key Inputs C hannel / Polygon - Switch between channel and polygon visualization mode Breakout % - How far price must close beyond the trendline to confirm a breakout Slope Factor - Minimum slope required for a trendline to be considered a valid trend Pivot Length - Lookback length for pivot high/low detection Channel Min Length - Minimum bar length a channel must reach before being drawn Volume % Breakout - Volume spike threshold relative to the 20-bar average (can be toggle on/off) The code has been cleaned so as not to contain duplicate execution functions. Example Above is the Trendline analysis of the Nvidia stock behaviour. The following configurable parameters have been chosen: 2.5% for price break out 1.02 for slope factor 3 for Pivot length 20 for min channel's length 30% for min volume % breakout indicaton It is interesting to observe what happens when two opposite channels overlap. From Jan 2025 to mid May 2025, the stock was in a clear bearish channel, yet a bullish channel started to develop since April 2025. The bearish channel got broken on May 13, 2025, at the time when the bullish channel had already been established - a more powerful signal to enter long. Changing indicator settings might give different visual interpretations, especially the slope factor and the minimum pivot length.

No retest of the Order Block is required. The signal fires instantly at OB identification. The three steps must occur in strict sequence. A CHoCH without a prior sweep is ignored. An OB without a confirmed CHoCH is ignored. All three must be present before any signal is produced. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE THEORY BEHIND THE SEQUENCE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The sequence this indicator tracks is based on the concept that price does not move randomly around swing highs and swing lows. Swing highs accumulate buy-side stop orders — retail traders who are short have their stops above the high, and breakout traders waiting to go long have their entries above the high. Swing lows accumulate sell-side stop orders — traders who are long have their stops below the low, and breakdown traders waiting to go short have their entries below the low. In SMC terminology these clusters are called liquidity pools — BSL (Buy Side Liquidity) sitting above swing highs, and SSL (Sell Side Liquidity) sitting below swing lows. A liquidity sweep occurs when price temporarily wicks through one of these levels to trigger the resting orders, then closes back inside the range. The orders that were triggered provide the opposing side of a large institutional fill. After the sweep, the institution has filled its position and price reverses. The Change of Character is the structural confirmation of that reversal. After a BSL sweep (wick above a swing high), a bearish CHoCH is a confirmed close below the recent swing low — structure broke to the downside, confirming the bearish institutional intent. After an SSL sweep (wick below a swing low), a bullish CHoCH is a confirmed close above the recent swing high — structure broke to the upside, confirming the bullish institutional intent. The Order Block is the last opposing candle before the CHoCH displacement move. In a bullish setup, this is the last bearish candle before the strong rally that created the CHoCH. In a bearish setup, this is the last bullish candle before the sharp drop. This candle represents the zone where the institution was actively placing its orders — absorbing the opposing flow to build its position. Price frequently returns to this level after the initial move because remaining unfilled orders are still resting there. In the standard SMC approach traders wait for price to retrace back into the OB zone and look for a rejection before entering. This indicator takes a different approach — it fires the entry signal immediately when the OB is identified, treating the CHoCH displacement itself as sufficient confirmation. This is an earlier, more aggressive entry model with a wider stop relative to the OB-retest approach but a potentially larger reward since entry is closer to the base of the move. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ STEP 1 — LIQUIDITY SWEEP DETECTION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The indicator uses pivot detection to identify the most recent confirmed swing high and swing low on the chart. The lookback parameter controls how many bars on each side of a pivot are required for it to qualify — higher values produce fewer but more significant levels, lower values produce more frequent but shallower levels. On each confirmed bar the indicator checks two sweep conditions: BSL Sweep — high of the current bar exceeded the recent swing high AND the bar closed back below it. This is a wick above the high with a close inside the range. SSL Sweep — low of the current bar breached the recent swing low AND the bar closed back above it. This is a wick below the low with a close inside the range. When either condition is met a new setup object is created and added to the active setups array. The setup records the swept level, the sweep bar, and the CHoCH level to watch (the opposite swing). A maximum of 8 setups can be tracked simultaneously. When the array exceeds this limit the oldest setup is removed. The orange dashed accumulation zone is not drawn at sweep detection time. It is drawn later, at CHoCH confirmation, spanning from the sweep bar to the CHoCH bar. This is because the full width of the zone — representing the period of institutional activity — is only known once the CHoCH has occurred. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ STEP 2 — CHANGE OF CHARACTER (CHoCH) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ After a sweep is detected, the indicator watches every subsequent confirmed bar for a CHoCH. The CHoCH Lookback setting defines the maximum number of bars after the sweep during which the indicator will watch for the CHoCH. If no CHoCH occurs within that window the setup is marked as expired and discarded. Bear CHoCH (after BSL sweep) — a confirmed close below the recorded CHoCH level, which is the swing low that was present at the time of the sweep. The close must break below this level on a confirmed bar. Bull CHoCH (after SSL sweep) — a confirmed close above the recorded CHoCH level, which is the swing high that was present at the time of the sweep. The close must exceed this level on a confirmed bar. When the CHoCH is confirmed several things happen simultaneously. The swept level dotted line is drawn extending from the sweep bar forward. The orange accumulation zone is drawn spanning the full width from sweep bar to CHoCH bar, with the height defined by the swept level and the CHoCH level — this rectangle represents the entire range within which institutional accumulation or distribution was taking place. The yellow dashed box highlights the CHoCH candle itself using the high and low of that specific bar. After this, the indicator immediately proceeds to Step 3 on the same bar. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ STEP 3 — ORDER BLOCK IDENTIFICATION AND SIGNAL ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Immediately after the CHoCH is confirmed the OB scanner runs. It looks backwards from the CHoCH bar up to the OB Scan Bars setting to find the qualifying Order Block candle. For a bearish setup (after BSL sweep and bear CHoCH) the OB is the most recent bullish candle (close above open) within the scan window. The OB zone is defined as the high of that candle to the body low (the lower of open and close). This is the Institutional Supply zone and is marked in purple. For a bullish setup (after SSL sweep and bull CHoCH) the OB is the most recent bearish candle (close below open) within the scan window. The OB zone is defined as the body high (the higher of open and close) to the low of that candle. This is the Institutional Demand zone and is marked in teal. If a qualifying OB candle is found the signal fires immediately — on the same confirmed bar as the CHoCH — provided the indicator is not already in a trade and the cooldown has elapsed. The OB zone box is drawn with a fixed width of 6 bars from the OB candle position. It is not a live zone that extends across the chart indefinitely. It marks the specific historical candle where the OB was located. The Minimum Rejection Wick Ratio input is present in the settings for future filtering use but the primary OB qualification in the current build is based on candle direction (bullish or bearish) relative to the setup direction. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ STOP LOSS AND TAKE PROFIT LOGIC ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Two exit modes are available depending on whether CodaPro Management is enabled or disabled. Native Mode (CodaPro Management OFF): The Stop Loss is placed at the swept level with a percentage buffer applied. For a bearish setup this is above the swept high. For a bullish setup this is below the swept low. The swept level represents the structural invalidation point — if price returns above the swept high after a bearish signal, the entire setup thesis is broken. The Take Profit is calculated as: entry price minus (SL distance × RR ratio) for shorts, and entry price plus (SL distance × RR ratio) for longs. At the default 3.0 RR, the TP is three times the SL distance away from entry. CodaPro RIsk Mode (CodaPro Risk Management ON): SL and TP are calculated as fixed percentages from the entry price. This mode is designed for use with automated strategy conversion where percentage-based exits are required. The cooldown and max bars settings from the CodaPro group take effect in this mode instead of the Trade Management group values. Volume Delta Profile Bubbles is a unique indicator that combines two powerful concepts — Volume Profile and Volume Delta — to identify price levels where the market has reacted with significant volume AND strong directional pressure. Instead of showing a traditional vertical histogram on the price axis, this indicator stamps a bubble directly on the candle at the exact price level where the reaction occurred. The bigger the bubble, the more times that level has been confirmed over time. 🔵 How does it work? For each candle, the indicator analyzes two independent events: 🟢 Green bubble on the LOW — The lower wick is significant, buy volume is concentrated on the low, and that price level has been visited multiple times with the same bullish pressure. This identifies zones where the market found strong buyers. 🔴 Red bubble on the HIGH — The upper wick is significant, sell volume is concentrated on the high, and that price level has been visited multiple times with the same bearish pressure. This identifies zones where the market found strong sellers. A doji with long wicks on both sides can generate both a green bubble on the low and a red bubble on the high simultaneously — indicating a zone of strong contention from both sides. Volume is normalized using standard deviation (volume / stdev(volume, period)), which automatically adjusts for session differences. Raise to 0.30–0.40 to filter only candles with clear rejections. Min Confirmations — How many times the level must have been visited with the same characteristics before drawing a bubble. At 2 it is already selective. Raise to 3–4 to see only the most robust support/resistance levels. Lookback bars — How many bars back to calculate the Volume Profile. On low timeframes (1–5 min) use 200–300 to cover the current session. On higher timeframes (1H–4H) you can go up to 500. Normalization Period — The period for standard deviation calculation of volume. Default 200 is solid for most use cases. Transparency — Alpha of the bubbles. Since bubbles can overlap on the same level, lower transparency creates a natural gradient effect — overlapping bubbles become more visible. Alert Size — Minimum bubble size that triggers an alert. Set via dropdown: tiny / small / normal / large / huge. 🔵 Suggested Setups Breakout Setup (Bullish) When a medium-to-large green bubble forms and price subsequently closes above the bubble level, the market has absorbed all the selling pressure and buyers are in control. This often leads to an impulsive extension to the upside. Enter on the breakout candle or on a retest of the level. Liquidation Cascade Setup (Bearish) When price closes below a green bubble level with bearish bias, the long positions that accumulated at that level are being stopped out. Their stop losses become sell orders, adding further downward pressure. This often triggers a sharp bearish extension. The same logic applies in reverse for red bubbles — closes above a red bubble can trigger short squeeze extensions, closes below often lead to continuation. Confluence Setup A level with both a green and red bubble (visible on doji candles) is a zone of strong contention. When price returns to these levels, expect explosive moves in either direction.
