ADAUSD - Chance to go up to $0.042 Before Brief Pull-Back.
The $0.042 price point was determined by the upper boundary of the Bollinger Band in the Daily (24h) Time Frame. Below, is a screenshot of the 3h, 12h and 24h time frames. The White Energy in the 3h is nearing exhaustion (as pointed out in the video). So, we have a high chance of continue out sideways within a relatively tight trading range for now before POTENTIALLY trying to run up to the $0.042 price point. In the mean time, keep a close eye on the White Energy in the 12h Time Frame (Center in chart below). If the White Energy in the 12h manages to hit the 50% level before the Red RSI in the Daily CLOSES at or above 56% in the Daily (24h), then anticipate a decent drop. If the Red RSI in the Daily (24h) manages to close at or above 56 percent, we would IGNORE the White Energy in the 12h and begin to focus our attention on the White Energy in the Daily (24h). What is it we would look for with the White Energy in the 24h at that point? We would look for the White Energy to hit the 50% level WHILE WATCHING the Red RSI in the 2-Day time frame. However, we will cross that bridge if we manage to make it to that bridge.
If recommend placing a Bollinger Band on your Daily (24h) Time Frame. You will note we are currently at the BASIS (Median Line) in the middle of the Bollinger Band. If we do manage to go up to $0.042 price point (upper boundary of the Bollinger Band), we stand a chance of a pullback to the BASIS once again. I'll leave it up to you if you wish to wait for a pull-back; if you wish to use the dollar cost averaging technique by accumulating some ADA now and spread some more buy orders below current price point; OR if you simply wish to wait for a potential pullback to the basis if we go up to the upper boundary of the Bollinger Band.
