In this video i show a breakdown of what i see on audjpy.I see weakness in the Aud pair .Australia being so closely tied to the Chinese economy , the weakness being experienced in the Chinese economy are trickling down into the Australian economy.Simply if the Chinese economy gets impacted the Australian economy follows suite due to the fact that china is the if not the top importer of Aussies products. Going into this week i see safe havens like JPY and CHF appreciating to similar to gold wich has already pulled back up to its former levels. Weakness in AUD paired with Safe haven strength in aud makes this trade a trade that low risk high reward.
