In this video i briefly show my reasoning on why i am looking for a short on the aud jpy pair. Although the Aussie has been strong with the fundamental data coming coming from there, i believe it will be tough for the pair to fight up above that critical zone that i have marked with abox. My opinion shaped by the impact the corona virus is having. With less people shopping in china the demand for products outs of Australia must be low because we know the two countries economy tend to work around each other. This in addition to the fires that clearly reduced the number of tourist visiting Australia convince me that the pair is due for a short. This is just my opinion. This analysis will be my journal as i sharpen my Forex skills.
