There are basically 2 indicators you need, the NVT Signal and Mayer Multiple
NVT Signal (by Willy Woo)
Standard NVT Ratio is simply the Network Valuation divided by the Transaction Value flowing through the blockchain and then smoothed using a moving average.

Mayer Multiple (by Trace Mayer)
The Mayer Multiple is the multiple of the current Bitcoin price over the 200-days moving average.
